Excellent service, vast competence and a high level of process quality are the top priorities of JIANGHAI EUROPE. This also includes the continuous optimization of the company’s business and logistics processes.
In order to achieve this and further objectives, we have introduced a quality management system which complies with the requirements of national and European quality standards of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Our Quality Management Manual, as well as corresponding documents precisely define objectives, work flows and responsibilities. The resulting continuous improvement process is especially characterized by the fact that the achievement of corporate targets based on customer requirements is constantly verified, deviations are being analyzed and processes optimized. This quality management system is tailored to meet everyday demands and needs of our customers.
Environmental protection as competitive factor within marketing of products and services is as important as product quality, adherence to delivery dates or the price. JIANGHAI EUROPE defines the most important requirements and monitoring mechanisms for the company within the Environmental Management Manual, based on DIN EN ISO 14001:2015. Optimization potential becomes visible and is continuously utilized by implementing appropriate measures. By introducing the environmental management system and obtaining the certification according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015, we confirm our environmental commitment and optimize our business relationship to like-minded suppliers and customers.
The management secures the preservation and further improvement of the quality management system by conducting periodic inspections that comprise both internal and external audits.
