New – ISO/TS 16949 certification
Further important milestone in Jianghai’s company history:
Since September 2011 Jianghai is certified according to ISO/TS 16949.
You will find the ISO certificate on our homepage at “quality”.
The certification according to ISO/TS 16949:2009 is based on the principles of the maximum reliability of products and stability of the processes.
The international standard rules particularly confirm the internal quality control within the producing company.
We hope to increase the attractiveness of Jianghai especially in Europe and win new customer segments.

Jianghai Europe Electronic Components GmbH presents a new screw terminal electrolytic capacitor series with enhanced ripple load capability while having compact dimensions and 350 V to 450 V rated voltage. The useful life extends to 10,000 h at +85 ºC.
The series CD_838_ZT comprises can sizes from 51 mm x 80 mm to 90 mm x 236 mm, and depending on diameter and requested configuration, M5 or M6 screw terminals are available. For enhanced low-loss connection, variants with wide diameter contact surfaces can be supplied.
The compact dimensions allow for high capacitance/voltage combinations of up to 15,000 μF / 450 V. The capacitors offer a high ripple current capability of up to 36 A at +85 ºC and the products are RoHS-compliant.

Jianghai Europe Electronic Components GmbH presents a new screw terminal electrolytic capacitor series with high ripple load capability while having compact dimensions and 350 V to 500 V rated voltage. The useful life extends to 15,000 h at +85 ºC.
The series CD_138S_WP comprises can sizes from 64 mm x 115 mm to 90 mm x 178 mm, and depending on diameter and requested configuration, M5 or M6 screw terminals are available. For enhanced low-loss connection, variants with wide diameter contact surfaces can be supplied.
The compact dimensions allow for high capacitance/voltage combinations of up to 10,000 μF / 450 V. The capacitors offer a high ripple current capability of up to 42.4 A at +85 ºC and the products are RoHS-compliant.

Jianghai Europe Electronic Components GmbH presents a new screw terminal electrolytic capacitor series with 600 V rated voltage. The useful life extends to 4,000 h at +85 ºC.
The series CD_13H_BH comprises can sizes from 64 mm x 96 mm to 90 mm x 157 mm, and depending on diameter and requested configuration, M5 or M6 screw terminals are available. For enhanced low-loss connection, variants with wide diameter contact surfaces can be supplied.
The compact dimensions allow for high capacitance / voltage combinations of up to 4,700 μF / 600 V. The capacitors offer a high ripple current capability of up to 21 A at +85 ºC and the products are RoHS-compliant.

Jianghai Europe Electronic Components presents a new series of extra long-life snap-in power electrolytic capacitors with two to four terminals, rated voltage from 16 V and 500 V, and useful life of 14,000 h at +85 ºC and rated ripple applied.
The series CD_895_ZK comprises can sizes from 22 mm x 25 mm to 35 mm x 50 mm, and depending on diameter and required configuration different terminals are available. In addition to the enhanced mechanical stability, the larger pin counts serve as a polarity key.
The compact can sizes allow for high capacitance / voltage combinations of up to 470 μF / 450 V or 270 μF / 500 V. The capacitors offer a high ripple current capability of up to 5.5 A at +85 ºC and the products are RoHS-compliant.

Jianghai Europe Electronic Components presents a new series of snap-in power electrolytic capacitors with particularly high ripple current capability and two to five terminals, rated voltage 400 V and 450 V, and useful life of 5,000 h at +105 ºC.
The series CD_892_ZL comprises can sizes from 22 mm x 20 mm to 40 mm x 100 mm, and depending on diameter and required configuration different terminals are available. In addition to the enhanced mechanical stability, the larger pin counts serve as a polarity key.
The compact can sizes allow for high capacitance / voltage combinations of up to 1,500 μF / 450 V. The capacitors offer a high ripple current capability of up to 4.25 A at +105 ºC and the products are RoHS-compliant.

Jianghai Europe Electronic Components presents a new series of miniaturized snap-in power electrolytic capacitors with two to five terminals, rated voltage ranging from 35 V to 500 V, and useful life of 4,000 h at +85 ºC.
The series CD_891_ZJ comprises can sizes from 22 mm x 20 mm to 45 mm x 100 mm, and depending on diameter and required configuration different terminals are available. In addition to the enhanced mechanical stability, the larger pin counts serve as a polarity key.
The compact can sizes allow for high capacitance / voltage combinations of up to 2,200 μF / 450 V and 680 μF / 500 V. The capacitors offer a high ripple current capability of up to 6 A at +85 ºC and the products are RoHS-compliant.
